Xenses es el nombre del más nuevo y octavo parque de Experiencias Xcaret inaugurado en junio de 2016.
Lo describiría como el parque en el que experimentas sensaciones que no vives frecuentemente o que no habías sentido nunca. Es adentrarte a cerrar una puerta y abrir otras desconocidas, es encontrar adrenalina y curiosidad en un mismo lugar.

¿Cómo llegar?
Se encuentra en el km 282 de la carretera Chetumal-Puerto Juárez, en carro está a 15 minutos de Playa del Carmen o a una hora de Cancún (Hacia Tulum).
Si vas desde Playa del Carmen en transporte público puedes tomar una combi, la base se encuentra en Calle 2 Norte entre avenida 15 y avenida 20, cobran alrededor de 25 pesos, al subir avísale al chofer que vas a Xenses para que haga la parada.

Horarios
Abre de lunes a sábado de 8:30 am a 7 pm.
Puedes accesar en la mañana entre 8:30 am y 10 am o en la tarde entre 1 y 2 pm.

La hora de salida dependerá de la hora de llegada al Parque (la duración aproximada del recorrido es de cinco horas).
Tipos de Boletos
Reserva en línea: Generalmente tienen un descuento del 10%, reserva con anticipación, lleva impresa tu confirmación, identificación del titular y tarjeta con la que se realizó el pago.
Entrada con transportación: Puedes agregar transporte por $513, desde mi punto de vista si vas desde Playa del Carmen no es muy conveniente.
Agregar Foto Pase: Por $1002 puedes agregar la opción de tomarte fotos en los puntos marcados solo con acercar la pulsera que te proporcionan. Este precio es por las personas que reserves, a pesar de esto, si tienes cámara acuática puedes accesar con ella (no a todas las atracciones) y ahorrarte este costo. Hay fotos con vistas muy padres y si van varias personas vale mucho la pena.
Entrada + Tulum: Incluye transportación, snack y guía hacia la Zona Arqueológica.
¿Qué hacer?
Es un parque de medio día, en promedio el recorrido te tomará 5 horas. Tienen atracciones muy padres y diferentes a las de otros parques.
Desde que entré al estacionamiento me enamoró el diseño y cada detalle.
Al accesar podrás ver el Rehilete que se ilumina en tonos fosforescentes y esta justo arriba de la tienda principal de souvenirs.
Entra a los baños y siéntate en el trono.
Como lo dije anteriormente, es un parque de medio día, así que sugiero llegar temprano para que después puedas aprovechar y visitar algún otro sitio. Xenses cuenta con una entrada con excursión a Tulum, también puedes hacer el recorrido por tu cuenta ahorrando considerablemente o ir a algún otro sitio.
Desde que entré al estacionamiento me enamoró el diseño y cada detalle.
Entre las atracciones que más me gustaron está el Xensatorium, un camino en la oscuridad donde entras sin zapatos y vas recorriendo diferentes ecosistemas a través del tacto, el oído y el olfato. ¿Puedes identificarlos todos?
Pueblo al revés, vas caminando y todo está completamente chueco, no intentes encontrarle explicación. Tiene detalles muy bonitos como un pueblo tradicional mexicano.
Riolajante es un río en donde flotarás rodeado de luces fluorescentes, deja que te lleve la corriente.
Lodorama, como su nombre lo dice es un río de lodo!! si alguna vez habías pensado sumergirte en agua con tierra esta es tu oportunidad.
No olvides tomar limonada en el Jardín Xítrico, recuerda: Si del cielo te caen limones, ¡Tómate una limonada!
Entra a los baños y siéntate en el trono.
¿Qué comer?
Hay snacks en el área de comida del parque. No encontrarás comida completa. El diseño es muy bonito, aunque no comas ahí no olvides entrar, el acceso se encuentra dentro de la tienda.
Puedes llegar tomando la misma combi saliendo del parque con dirección Tulum. Te doy algunas opciones:

Lleva traje de baño bajo tu ropa, de preferencia shorts(algo ligero que no pese al mojarse), zapatos para agua, toalla y un cambio de ropa extra.
Dentro de los baños hay lockers para que puedas dejar tus pertenencias.
Recuerda usar bloqueador biodegradable para no dañar la naturaleza.

Xenses Park Riviera Maya

Infront of the entrance you can find the Pinwheel lighting in phosphorescent shades and is just above the main souvenir shop.
Upside down town, you walk and everything is completely crooked, don´t try to find explanation. It has a very nice design, like a traditional Mexican village.
Riverlaxing is a river where you will float without sinking surrounded by fluorescent lights in your body, let the current take you.
Sludgerie, is a river of mud!! If you ever dreamed to immerse yourself in water with earth this is your chance.
Don´t forget drinking lemonade in the Xitric Garden, remember: If lemons fall from the sky, drink a lemonade! (Mexican proverb)
Enjoy the restrooms and sit on the throne!

You can find snacks in the food court. The design is very nice, although you won´t buy anything go inside.

You can get there by taking the same van, leaving the park towards Tulum. I give you some options:
Xenses has an entrance with excursion to Tulum included which costs almost double that the access to the park. You can take this tour by yourself. Outside the park, take the van to Tulum and you would save 80% (Van to Tulum 2 USD + 4 USD Tulum Ruins Acces + Way back van to Playa del Carmen 3 USD)*.
